The Death and Failure of the Human Heart

Hovering over streets of grey
Facing the darkness that may lay
The heart of the human race
Always in Silence
Emotions flail
Until they are burnt into the abyss

And then they are nothing and in vain

FYI:Here is an extra fast fact about the poem-
"Silence" isn't jus being quiet. it is presented in the poem as a spirit (not an entity) that represents all that has never been expressed and everything that's ever been a secret or bottled up.
