Nail-gun Nail-gun
Fingers to the bone
Ashes to Ashes
Fire cold as stone
--

My fireplace burned
With the hides of my deceased human pets
Aglow alongside the coals in the fire

Blood Red Blood Red
The colors on my wall
Flicker-Brown Flicker Brown
Blood of those pets was all
--

I forgot to wash the paintbrushes today
The blood was crusting brown
Some fresh coats were needed, to make this place look pretty

Livestock Livestock
Pets scream lovely hymns
Hand cuff Hand cuff
Scars on all their limbs
--

The dungeon walls rang with the roaring call of these toys
I took the bone white bone powder and poured it into the batter
Which may have been my last

People-cake People-cake
Down the hallway I roam
Count one….
Count one….
Missing from the cell

GET OFF
WHAT THE—
LET GO OF ME!
*COUGH*

“my pets…”
Dies
